For great food that won't break the budget, we recommend:

  • Eastern Food Bazaar: A bustling "canteen" with Indian, Turkish, and Chinese stalls.

  • Food Inn India: Huge variety, open late, and very budget-friendly.

  • V&A Food Market: High-quality local artisanal food in a casual setting.
    - Location: Near the Aquarium. Perfect for groups with different tastes.

 

Quick Travel Tips

  • Transport: Uber and Bolt are the most reliable ways to get around. For public transport, look for the MyCiTi Bus stations.
  • Connectivity: Free Wi-Fi is available at the V&A Waterfront and most conference venues.
  • Safety: We recommend walking in groups, especially at night, and keeping an eye on your belongings in crowded areas.
