SAIP2026 Conference: 6 - 10 July 2026
The SAIP2026 conference (including the plenary and parallel talks, business and division meetings, special events, and the welcome reception/opening ceremony) will be held at various locations on campus at the University of the Western Cape.

Gala dinner and student award ceremony: 10 July 2026
The Gala Dinner will take place at the Grand West Casino and Entertainment World on the evening of 10 July.
The evening will include a three-course meal, entertainment, speeches, and a presentation of the SAIP2026 student awards.
Gala Dinner Fee: included in the SAIP2026 registration fee. Subject to availability, extra tickets may be purchased for non-conference participants at a cost of R550.00
