The proceedings of the SAIP 2025 conference will be peer-reviewed and produced in accordance with DHET guidelines, with recognition at the level of 0.5 units per article. Please note that only papers submitted by 23:59 SAST on 31 July 2025 will be considered for publication.

- Only papers delivered at the SAIP2025 annual conference will be considered for publication.
- Submissions from presenters that did not deliver papers will not be considered.

Only proceedings correctly formatted using the official SAIP2025 proceedings template will be accepted.

All authors must complete the paper submission form, available here:
SAIP Paper Submission Form, and include it as part of the submission process.
- Supervisors are also required to complete the supervisor agreement before submission.
- Plagiarism is taken seriously during the review process.
- Submitted proceedings found to contain plagiarized text will be removed from consideration.
- Submitted papers, prepared according to the templates provided, may not exceed six pages.
